Here’s a few suggestions:Cola Chicken1 falimy size package chicken wings2 cup catsup2 – 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.)2- packages McCormicks Buffalo wings seasoningPut chicken in a non-stick pan.Mix together catsup and cola, seasoning….pour over chicken.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat…cover with lid..and cook 45 minutes.(turning chicken a few times, while cooking to prevent fromsticking to pan)Cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken. It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm!I used the spices from a MILD (I don’t care for HOT ) BuffaloWings packet (the kind you get to bake in the oven) ..I thought itwas really good ..(but you/I can’t find a bad’ way to fix chicken). This recipe is doubled…..for my husband and myself…I use bd the ingredients. You can double…the double….and more as you like.BBQ RibsUse the same method (Cola Chicken)….leave out McCormicks seasoning.Ribs Chicken wings both good…..and……‘s I m p l e’…..to fix…!!Mushroom Chicken4 chicken breast1 can cream of mushroom soupwaterMix a can of cream of mushroom soup with can of water.Place chicken in crock pot.Pour soup over chicken and cook on medium .4-5 hours .or until desired doneness.Old Settler’s BeansINGREDIENTS:1/2 lb. ground beef1/2 lb. bacon1 chopped onionBrown in skillet and drain excess grease.ADD:16 oz.can Red Kidney Beans (drained)24 oz. can Pork Beans (drained)1/2 cup white sugar1/2 cup dark brown sugar1/4 cup Catsup2 TBLS. Molasses1/2 tsp. dry mustardMix Thoroughly !Cook in a crock pot until hot hot hot!Stuffed Peppers for 2(Can be doubled, tripled..etc.)Mix together:1/2 lb.Hamburger (or gr. turkey)a pkg. of onion soup mix3/4 of 1 small can tomato paste.1/2 cup ricePrepare peppers ..cut off top and take out seeds.Fill with meat mixture. Place in an oven proof dish/pan that has a lid.Place any extra meat mixture in bottom of pan or make a couple of patties freeze for future use.Mix remaining tomato paste with can of tomatoes (crushed .diced etc. whatever you want to use.)Pour tomatoe mixture around peppers, cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour.Serve with cornbread or garlic bread.POT ROASTYour choice of beef or pork(to fit crock-pot)1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix1 pkg. dry Brown Gravy mix1 cup waterPut beef in pot.Mix together all the dry mixes….then add water …pour over meat and cover cook on high 4-6 hours.Until meat is tender. The first time I made it I didn’t have the Italian Dressing mix….so I added a pkg. of Onion Soup Mix….I have to say I liked that better. If you use more water you might want to add more Brown Gravy mix….to make a thicker sauce. Was gonna addpotatoes and carrots…but never got around to it. Canned Soup .(My Way!)Whatever cans of veggies I have, that I like, in cabinet it goes in the pot ..along with all the juices in the cans.Cook on stove top or Crock pot.Enjoy!Canned:cornpeascarrotsgr.beans (any variety)lima beanswax beanstomato (any variety)potatoes (whole or sliced or both whatever you like)You get the idea .lol.Also add a package of shredded cabbage (cole slaw mix). You can even add a package of onion soup mix.If it gets too dry and needs more liquids .add tomato juice V-8 etc. Corny Beanie Weenies. (from a country preacher in Mississippi…wife 2 teenage sons)Mix one can of good baked beansWe use a good sized can of beans (14-16 ounces, I think) andget a kind that we like (maybe with brown sugar, onion, and bacon). There are several kinds of good baked beans. and a package of Oscar Meier Weiners (all sliced up).with a can of whole kernel corn (drained)Any way, heat up these three ingredients, and serve with brown bread(maybe toasted ?) and a glass of milk.It doesn’t get any easier than this, and is suprisingly good!Pattsywattsy notes:1.)Might put ingredients in a casserole dish and top with corn muffin mix.2.)Use a pound of cooked gr. beef or gr. turkey or cooked Jimmy Dean w/sage sausage or some smoked sausage.(Rename ….???)(This is another recipe I’ve not tried yet. Should adapt to crock pot)EASY BEEF STROGANOFFIngredients:3/4 lb lean ground beef1 jar Heinz HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy (12 oz Jar)1 can mushrooms, drained (7 oz can)1/2 cup sour cream4-6 cups hot cooked noodlessalt pepper, to tasteInstructions:In a medium skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and thoroughly cooked. Carefully drain liquids and return to stovetop. Stir in Gravy and mushrooms, and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, until thoroughly combined. We did not understand your second paragraph whatsoever. What do you mean by that? This really is an interesting topic for me so I want to understand everything you need to say. I became not able to find all kinds of other articles during my search although My organization is not very computer literate so this can include why. I hope to see you publishing more frequently.
