TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will not ship until the date specified in the product description and are subject to change. Additional products purchased with a pre-order will not ship until the date specified in the description of the pre-ordered item. Multiple pre-orders purchased together will not ship until the latest pre-order date.

BACK-ORDERS
Every effort is made to ship customer orders complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that we can ship all items at one time. You will be notified immediately if we anticipate the item(s) to be on backorder for an extended period of time.

PROMOTIONS
Promotional items and giveaways are NOT guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last.

SHIPPING
Domestic orders take 1-2 business days to process, plus shipping time - USPS Priority 1-3 Business Days, USPS First Class 1-5 Business Days, UPS Ground 1-5 Business Days, UPS Next Day Air Saver 1 Business Day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally! Due to current events shipping time frames can range anywhere between 30-60 days for delivery and processing. Please note that international shipping can be unreliable. All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties, and taxes of the destination country. Items can be held by customs for long durations. It is your responsibility to retrieve your package in case of delays. We do not cover any lost or stolen packages or any damage that is inflicted to your order during transit. all orders are packaged with care and to ensure your item(s) make them to you safely. Any discrepancies will need to be brought up with the carrier. If your item is returned to us, we will notify you. In the event, it is returned you will be responsible for paying for any re-shipment charges.

SHIPPING 
If you are needing the shipping address of your order changed and the order itself has not shipped, please contact us right away and we can update that address for you. If the order has already shipped and the address is incorrect the order may be returned to us. If returned you will be notified immediately via email. If more than 5 business days pass without a reply, we will re-stock the items purchased and refund the order minus the shipping cost.

If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if USPS returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

We do not cover or replace any lost or stolen packages domestic or international. All orders are shipped with care and package carefully by our team. In the event your package arrives damaged due to complications during transit, you will need to reach out to the chosen carrier regarding the eligibility of compensation. We will not cover or replace damaged packages.

8123 and Just Merch will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.

VINYL RECORDS
Our records are pristine when packed. Please be aware we DO NOT issue refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic damage, such as corner dings, bends, split inserts, and so on. We pack our vinyl very securely and carefully but in some cases, this type of wear is simply unavoidable in shipping.
