To me "This Is War" is a complete game changer for me as an artist. I believe it shows a side of me I've never came close to before. I co-wrote this song with Sean and Alex Silverman, two of the most talented people I know. Alex, Sean, and myself also produced and recorded the song which was an extremely enjoyable and exciting process. To be able to create and control the vision of the song exactly how we saw it was truly a blessing and had everything to do with the final product you hear. I hope to write many more songs with the Silverman's.
